Natalie Kifer is a Broker, Co-Owner of Kifer Sparks Agency, and one of the top-producing real estate professionals in the Austin market. Recognized among the top 2.5% of agents in the Austin area, Natalie has built her reputation on exceptional client service, market expertise, and results-driven representation. Throughout her career, she has successfully closed more than $300 million in real estate transactions, helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals.

Meaghan is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in fundraising, event management and consulting for a wide range of clients including Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, governments and trade associations. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Government, she enjoyed 4 years in Washington, DC before returning home to Texas. Her passion for real estate and design has brought her to Kifer Sparks Agency where she utilizes her attention to detail, love of data, experience in design and renovations to benefit her clients. Meaghan is solution-oriented, high energy, team focused and thrives on exceeding expectations for her buyers, sellers and investors.

Christie Altree is a 20-year Austinite, who is dedicated to serving her clients well. Before taking a leap of faith to stay home with her young children, she spent 10 years as an advertising account exec at T3 (The Think Tank). After a few years at home, she obtained her real estate broker's license and started her own real estate company. She found the incredible growth of the city through real estate transactions, investments and improvements to be exhilarating. After a decade at NewTreeRealty, Christie joined the team at Kifer Sparks Agency to plant her new real estate roots.

Jessica has been a resident of Austin for the past 20 years and is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin - Hook'Em Horns! She has always loved real estate but her real passion is helping people. She is honest, dependable and efficient and will ensure all your needs are met and expectations are surpassed. With experience in client relations, sales and management she will guide you through every step of the process. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, build or invest, her priority is the same, providing the highest level of service and building long-term relationships with her clients.

Brittany was born and raised on the Gulf Coast in Corpus Christi, where she spent much of her childhood on a fishing boat or roaming South Texas ranch land. Brittany graduated with honors from UT Austin (Hook 'Em) and after serving with AmeriCorps, she went on to teach English in the inner-city and then private school settings until she had children. While staying home with her littles, she freelanced as a writer/editor for several non-profits, including Laity Lodge Youth Camp, Linking Lives, Twist Education and GSD&M until she transitioned to real estate. Brittany has called Austin home for 20 years and has a passion for the outdoors. An avid cyclist, mountain biker, swimmer and runner, she knows every path and trail in this city and enjoys swimming at Barton Springs year-round. Brittany LOVES Austin, knows it extremely well and is passionate about helping people find their home here.

Courtney knows Austin having lived and worked in and around Austin for the past 28 years. As a TBAE licensed interior designer, she has spent 25 years helping clients make their house a home from simple updates to complete remodels. Recently broadening her scope in the housing industry as a licensed real estate agent, Courtney brings her design experience to see a home's true potential, as well as, the ability to help prepare a home to sell. Courtney lives in South Austin with her family.
